To further progress this mission we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to support the Deputy Director Education in the delivery of strategy and operations. The Operations Manager drives a range of strategic and operational activities including:
Planning
Service delivery
Projects
Reporting
Business improvement
Impact and performance measurement
Resource management
Administration
As, an experienced leader, you will provide guidance to the education team in the delivery of high-level, professional services and promote the effective achievement of the team’s priorities while providing expert advice.
As a key member of the management team, you will contribute to strategic planning and the achievement of business unit and university goals. Providing high-level specialist reporting advice, you will take responsibility for preparing documents such as business cases, progress reports, financial reports, impact reports, and grant applications.
In this broad-based role, you will be a source of vision, administrative leadership, development opportunities and mentoring for dedicated administrative staff to create a highly engaged team, whilst also promoting a work culture supporting continuous growth and development.
