About Us:
We are a rapidly growing manufacturing company specializing in Medical Storage solutions. As we expand our operations, we are forming a new Senior Leadership Team to drive our strategic goals and ensure operational excellence.
Position: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the entire production cycle, including planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Implement and promote LEAN principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Strong background in implementing LEAN principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
