Operations Manager–Regional Victoria

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hospitality couple with a passion for offering excellence in customer service who would like to live in a vibrant seaside community. You will work side by side with a small team of staff to manage the property to it’s highest potential.

Package:
- $85,000 Annual salary (Operations Manager) + (additional wage for partner)
- Free onsite Accommodation
- Spacious self contained accommodation with a fireplace
- Annual Bonus Scheme
Duties: (Full Position Description Provided)
- Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the business and ensure practices are carried out in accordance with the planning and development schedule
- Manage the staffing needs of the operations and ensure the facilities are maintained
- In consultation with the board, ensure all marketing and sales strategies are developed and delivered within budget and as per the overall business plan
- Offer excellence in operational standards and customer service
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Ability to formulate budgets and ensure delivery of budgets
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- Excellent communications, strong work ethic
- Hold a National Police Clearance
- Current Drivers License
