Duties & Responsibilities
- Project planning, programming and overseeing OH&S project requirements
- Dealing with key stakeholders that includes clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities
- Assisting the pre contracts team and business strategy
- Ensuring project delivery of complex projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee a team of project engineers and supervisory staff
- Ensure all project controls are in line with the company standards that includes commercial and contract management
Skills and requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related discipline
- 10 years’ experience working on major civil infrastructure projects
- Utilities experience preferred
- Ability to estimate and proven track record of winning projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
- Proven success in managing, delivering and creating strong positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to motivate and get projects running to maximum efficiency
