AddressTo excel in this role, you will have previous experience in operations, security management or a contract management position. You will be passionate about driving continuous improvement with demonstrated experience in delivering outcome-based improvement intitiatives and have a natural strength in building relationships and for stakeholder engagement. You will also demonstrate:
- Qualifications in Management, Security or a similar field
- Ability to balance priorities and close out tasks while adhering to deadlines.

- Conflict Management - Dealing effectively with others in an antagonistic situation; using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
Lean Six Sigma certification, Aviation Security experience and/or Current NSW Security licence highly regarded.
