To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in operations, security management or a contract management position. You will be passionate about driving continuous improvement with demonstrated experience in delivering outcome-based improvement intitiatives and have a natural strength in building relationships and for stakeholder engagement. You will also demonstrate:
- Qualifications in Management, Security or a similar field
- Ability to balance priorities and close out tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and planning and organization skills.
- Outcome orientation and be pro-active in pursuing goals.
- Adaptability - Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

Lean Six Sigma certification, Aviation Security experience and/or Current NSW Security licence highly regarded.
