Professional Beauty Solutions has a fantastic opportunity for an organised and dynamic individual who wants to join an exciting, fast-paced Operations team, supporting our beauty distribution business of approximately 50 fun and creative high achievers.
We are looking for someone with a flair for numbers and experience in logistics and operations. Your responsibilities will be centred around maintaining a robust and reliable supply chain. Working with all areas of the business, this is a pivotal role in ensuring that all teams have the information they need to succeed.
About the business
Based near Cronulla in Sydney’s south, Professional Beauty Solutions is a rapidly growing, Australian-owned beauty distribution company. Our core target market is salons, spas and clinics Australia wide. We also manage the Australian brand representations for a host of global beauty brands, including Pure Fiji, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Sunescape Tan, Image Skincare, Dermalux LED, and loads more!
About the Role
As part of our Operations team, you will be an integral part of the team purchasing, planning and managing inventory across our 17 brands, from over 9 different countries.
Ideally you will have the following skills:
- Forecasting, planning and inventory management across multiple brands
- Raising, monitoring and reconciling POs
- Liaising with suppliers and building strong rapport with key stakeholders
- Logistics management to ensure costs are minimised and stock arrives on time
- Understanding of costings and pricing concepts
- Familiarity with ERP software and data analytics tools
- Maintain systems to ensure data is accurate and utilised to its full potential
- Accurate and timely processing of data and compilation of reports utilising various systems
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products – in particular experience manipulating data in Excel
- Perform nominated projects and ad-hoc duties as required
