Your new role
Coordinate day day-to-day operations of drivers runs
First point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
Liaise with customers to ensure contract requirements are met and jobs are completed on time
Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
Drive operational efficiencies and improve collection runs and service delivery
Manage and prepare detailed reports on labor efficiencies and overall cost management
Lead a team of drivers with a safety and training and development mindset
Skills and experience
Heavy Vehicle licence (desirable)
Proven experience in the Transport and Logistics space Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and experience managing GPS tracking systems
Ability to resolve problems effectively and effectively
Proven ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines
