Office Relocation Solutions are seeking an operations professional for the day to day coordination of our fleet and staff.
Your role will be to coordinate and plan the daily operations, ensuring that all commitments are completed in a timely manner.
- Liaising with customers, and team
- Monitoring pick-up and delivery deadlines across the week
- Timesheets
- Data entry
Exceptional customer service skills, cost control and time management skills
This role will require some hands on work, a forklift license would be preferable however, this is not critical.
Attention to detail and the ability to think quickly is necessary to be successful in this role.
The successful candidate will be the type of person who thrives on customer service, building relationships and maximising sales opportunities.
This 'hands on' role requires a professional with strong people and communication skills, demonstrated skills in planning, data entry, problem solving and equipment management.
The role requires some flexibility in regard to hours worked in order to meet with our client's expectations.
