What the role involves:
Deliver World Class Eye Care
- Deliver excellent optometry service for every Bailey Nelson customer
- Create a professional, friendly and stress free testing environment that is customer focused
- Develop a strong and personal rapport with your customers whilst embracing the Bailey Nelson culture and values
Lead Your Team
- Cultivate a strong partnership with the Store Manager
- In collaboration with the Store Manager, lead and train the team
Drive Your Business
- Better the eyewear industry by running and developing your store as part of a new and exciting business model
- Help maximise your store profits and minimise your store expenses based on given targets
