Last year, we were proud to be Australia’s #1 performing Optus Franchise with 5-9 stores. Right now, we are gearing up for Christmas and looking for committed & dedicated team players to join our Greensborough store located within Greensborough Plaza Shopping Centre.

As a Retail Salesperson within our group of stores, you'll build trusted relationships with your customers and become their local expert that they come to for all their tech needs.
Also, you'll be led by a high performing manager and be a part of a fun and supportive team environment. There'll be loads of new products and technology to always keep you learning, and challenging targets and incentives to keep you motivated.

The Future team member must:
- For Full Time: able to work 38hr, available to work at least one weekend
- For Part Time: able to work 3-4 shifts per week including one weekend
- Be looking to build a long-term career (2+ years) within a Family business with leadership roles available in the future
- Uncapped Commission & Incentives - and opportunity for pay & commission to increase annually
- On-the-job sales training provided to ensure you skill up in your sales skills (eg. negotiation, cross-sell, securing the sale, customer experience, handling objections)
- Ongoing product training & access to exclusive product launches before public release

- Sales or retail experience is essential
- You're a bit techie, nerdy and love technology! Technical experience is preferred (but not essential) – but you must be willing to learn and adapt.
