Foodlink Australia, one of Sydney's largest food wholesale distributers, is seeking an experienced inbound order entry member to work at their warehouse office in Kingsgrove. This role would be well suited for a data entry specialist or Chef that wants out of the kitchen.
A background in the food industry will be highly regarded.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Customer Order Entry and the in-house database system
- Processing and finalising invoices
- Preparation of transport documents/customer orders
- Liaising and communication with carriers
- Assistance with general administration tasks as required
- Development opportunities available for a career in the food industry
ABOUT YOU
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the drive to communicate positively to staff throughout all levels of the company
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Have good computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Have sound administrative, data entry and organisational abilities
