Let us describe the challenge we offer
The Order Management Specialist will play an important role in supporting order management processes in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for delivering customer orders efficiently to support our business model.
What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for managing the Order to Delivery activities for Polestar U.S.
- Lead demand forecasting, order creation and management, supply chain coordination from factory to final delivery point
- Internal vehicle fleet management
- Develop and maintain regular reporting to Space (retailer) Network
- Keep the internal and external business stakeholders appraised on the KPIs appertaining to this area
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in sales forecasting, order management, automotive or related supply chain.
- Understanding of the automotive eco-system desired
- Continuous improvement mentality oriented towards maximizing customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in creation of reporting tools to report on KPIs.
- Energy and drive to work in a vibrant start-up environment.
- Experienced in sales and order management (SAP based) enterprise software.
