Job description
It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to work at the heart of a major
enterprise system transformation project . This role will support the Project Manager and Inspector-Change by contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of change, communications and engagement strategies and plans to deliver successful business transformation across the state.
About the project:
Working with several operational business units, a core project team is being established to deliver the upgrade of the core information management system. The solution generates
over 4.5 million transactions annually, accessed by 17,000 users, and integrates to over 70 internal and external (other state and national agencies) systems. The upgrade can be classified as a 1-in-10-year upgrade that will introduce significant technology upgrades as a well as a new user experience. Significant development, testing, and retraining activities have been identified as needing to be completed to achieve project success.
The role will report to the Project Manager and will work closely with the Inspector- Change, Change Analysts and the corporate Change and Engagement teams. It is an excellent opportunity looking to stretch their current skillset and make a direct impact to front-line workers.

You will work across the project team supporting and assisting with deliverables and outcomes
Stakeholder engagement and interaction including delivering high quality professional presentations,
attending executive and Sub-Committee meetings, organising and facilitating workshops.
Establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organisation
Using proven and flexible OCM methodology for business transformation
Planning, design, development, and execution of the Organisational Change Management (OCM), and
Training Plan, enabling a successful business transformation.
Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate internal corporate communication.
Plan and prioritise team activities
To be successful in this role you will have experience in or be able to:
Have experience delivering complex business change projects
Have a strong understanding of best practice change management methodologies and be able to apply these pragmatically to business change initiatives
Influence and collaboratively engage diverse and distributed stakeholder groups
Solve problems and lead sound decision making under pressure
Proactively manage or escalate identified risks
