OSHC Lead Educatos

Our company is made up of 5 individual centres employing over 100 early childhood professionals. Each centre having their own identity, but all sharing the same pride and goal for exceptional early childhood education and care. The best thing about working within our teams is that we are big enough to have personal development events together, influence the industry and collaborate, but small enough to know each other’s names and value what each individual person brings to our organisation and the children within our services.

To join our team, you MUST be highly motived and advocate for children in all that you do. You will have the skills to autonomously interact with children in a beautiful manner while extending their learning and fostering a safe and secure relationship.

Our team is dedicated, caring and collaborative. Professional conversations and reflective practices are built into our culture. You will need to share your professional views and build on our ideas; we are not looking for a bench warmer. To do this you must be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the EYLF and your confidence in programming for individual children in not only your documentation but your interactions, your presents and your manner with children in every conversation and interaction.

Creating meaningful and rich educational spaces for school age children is the foundation of our program. You will be able to extend and adapt the indoor and outdoor environment as required for the group or individual children. You will actively engage with children and your love of play will be evident while ensuing supervision is maximised. You must be confident to drive a 12 seater bus. Our OSHC environment is for 22 children. 

The hours are flexible, either a split shift or ASC only for the right applicant.   

The successful applicant MUST have the following:

Diploma of ECEC (Must be Early Learning qual, NOT SCHOOL AGE)

A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate

A current blue card

Have a current Drives License and the ability to drive the bus (12 seater)

Be able to work split shifts, 5 days a week or ASC only.
