As a Regional Manager at Junior Adventures Group, you’ll be an integral part of the dynamic, innovative and passionate leadership team, dedicated to building brighter futures for Australian children and their families.
The role in a nutshell: Reporting directly to the Schools Relationship Manager, the purpose of this role will be leading, managing and developing a high performing, skilled and engaged Regional based Operations team. You will be responsible for managing effective relationships and the Nominated Supervisor for the Coordinators in your region. Plus, you will be a part of an international organisation that has over 450 services throughout Australia and a network that extends into New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and service delivery excellence with a focus on service contract retention, growth and being a passionate leader of teams.

People Leadership and Performance Management
Effective utilisation, engagement and retention of employees
Compliance, Reporting and the Minimisation of risk in services
Management of service delivery to achieve budgeted results
The ability to manage and interpret regional Profit and Loss data About you:
Previous management experience within the Outside School Hours Care industry and an ACECQA approved Diploma or higher-level qualification is ESSENTIAL
Demonstrated experience managing dispersed teams to achieve results
Track record managing compliance and reporting within a regulated industry
Proven experience developing and delivering to a quality and safety agenda
Experience managing continuous improvement and change
