The Opportunity We now have an exciting opportunity available for an OT Project Engineer (Entry Level) to join our Transformation & Technology team in Brisbane or Melbourne office on 18 Month fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the OT Engineering Team Lead - SCADA and OT Cyber, you will play a key role to provide engineering design, development, implementation and support services for selected operational technologies in use at APA including ClearSCADA, OSI Pi, Synergee Pipeline Simulator. The location for this role is flexible and hybrid. We will consider Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, home office.
We will also consider job share arrangements. Key Responsibilities Design specifications as required adhering to endorsed standards Programming and configuration activities of OT systems as specified in approved designs Commissioning activities including on-site activities to integrate local sites to remote control facilities Resolution of defects including interfacing with users and ensuring timely handovers to Operations Your background Tertiary qualification in Electrical & Electronics, Control System Engineering, Process or Chemical Engineering Previous experience in the design, construction, operation or maintenance of technology for gas transmission, gas processing, LNG, chemical processing, power generation, utilities or associated industries Previous knowledge of Environmental and Health and Safety legislative requirements Basic project management skills
