Overnight Public Area Cleaner-Guest Attendant-Allrounder

With the re-opening of the Terrace Hotel in Perth CBD weare seeking a motivated and friendly Public Area Cleaner _ - Allrounder to join our Team._

As our next Public Area Cleaner, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring the appearance of the property
• Carry out various cleaning duties in internal public areas of the property, achieving established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation and presentation
• Ensure the safe use of specialised chemicals and equipment
• Provide Guest Attendant services to Residents as required, this will include but is not limited to key security, responding to enquiries and distribution of deliveries all whilst ensuring privacy and confidentiality

What we are looking for:

• A fast learner
• Someone who is physically fit, who is also customer focused.
• Previous experience as a cleaner/room attendant/public areas attendant in a commercial environment (ideal but not mandatory),
• Reliability & availability to work overnight during the week, weekends and public holidays
• Clear communicator – ability to speak, understand, read & write in English
• Valid Australian work rights
• Police Clearance.
• RSA and Approved Managers an advantage but not necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8-38 per week

Salary: $30.70 – $54.00 per hour
