Our client is a successful mid-tier full service law firm based in the CBD boasting a collegiate & dynamic team. They have high quality clientele including significant Owners Corporations'/ Managers offering large, challenging & stimulating matters.
About the role...
As an experienced (2-3 yrs) & proven Property/Litigation Lawyer you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, with the full support of the team, assuming responsibility for your own clients/matters with the view to building both your profile and the firm's practice within the niche sector of the Owners Corporation Industry. Typically you will be working closely with clients providing advice in respect of litigious matters & recovery of debts; compliance issues together with licensing, leasing, subdivisions and general property.
About you...
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:-
Circa 2-3 years post admission experience, including property litigation particularly in relation to Owners' Corporation matters underpinned by an excellent knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act;
Ability to provide commercially savvy, articulate & concise advice;
Excellent technical/drafting skills;
Strong work ethic & client focus;
A keen interest in business development/marketing/networking and able to easily establish/build client rapport
