An exciting opportunity has become available in for an EA & Business Support Coordinator to join this well-respected organisation working in their St Kilda Road Office.
Your new role
In this hybrid role you will have both EA and Business Support (Administration) duties which include the following
Diary management, fielding calls & emails, office management duties and occasionally helping with reception duties
Preparing proposals and data administration duties
Relevant ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word & PowerPoint)
Have Strong attention to detail
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volumes of work
Have a “can do attitude”
Must be vaccinated as you are working in the office

Full time working hours 9am-5pm with hybrid working available
