Pack Shed Manager

A casual position based in Beerwah within a vibrant horticultural business. The applicant must be responsible, motivated and possess great leadership skills working in a team of itinerant workers. The applicant must be available to work on any given day of the week throughout the season from June to October.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with running a packing shed.
• Ensure company standards and processes are maintained.
• Ensure OH&S requirements are adhered to.
• Measure and maintain productivity levels.
• Maintain records.
• Manage stock levels of packing materials.
• Train and develop new staff.

Skills required:

• Demonstrate experience in managing a packing shed, preferably in berry production,
• Good communication skills,
• Good numerical and record keeping skills, 
• Basic computer skills,  
• Ability to work within a team environment,
