If you are passionate about helping children with the fundamental skills in communication and you want to work in a small and experienced team then this is the role for you. This company starting growing their team 2 years ago and have now become a close-nit team of 4 looking for another passionate speech pathologist to be apart of their family-like team.
Both part time and full time options available.
The role
Providing evidence based assessment and therapy to a paediatric caseload
Provide parent, teacher meetings and education where required
Build meaningful and long-term relationships with children, families and teachers
Work across multiple locations and manage your own diary!
8:30 - 5 working hours, starting off in the clinic and then going out into the community and to schools
Helping children with the following: Speech Sound Delays or Disorder, Language Delays or Disorders, Listening and Attention, Fluency Disorders (Stuttering), Early play Skills, Narrative Skills
Voice Quality etc.

One on One support and mentoring/ meetings available to you, tailored to your level of experience

Competitive remuneration, earn between $100,000 - $110, 000 + Super

Team Culture
This is a very close-knit & welcoming small team of (currently) 4 Speech Pathologists. This team takes pride in being open and friendly. Their objective to provide a comfortable and inviting space for their children to learn & develop within. This team's focus is on enabling children to reach their full potential by improving their ability to communicate. It is a warm and comfortable environment with therapists who have a genuine heart for their little ones.
The team have yearly trips away, fortnightly dinners and drink and gorgeous Christmas parties. The main clinic is big beautiful sun-lit building set out with lots of therapy rooms and a communal room for the very helpful and welcoming administration staff, that do all of the scheduling to help you!
Just out of the heart of Fremantle, only across the road from a huge café hub with lots of places to go and grab a coffee and have lunch- This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is very maternal, shares a similar vision for children, wants to work in a flourishing environment of passionate and experienced speech pathologists who love to hang out regularly and build meaningful long-term relationships within the team, with the children and with the families too.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (willing to accept applications from 4th year students to commence job once graduated)
Full SPA registration
Working With Children Check
Drivers license
