This community health organization is dedicated to improving the health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in South East Queensland. Their multidisciplinary team operates in multiple clinics throughout the region, with most of our paediatric work taking place in clinic.
About the role:
You will be be administering occupational therapy to paediatric patients (both NDIS and Medicare referrals) with developmental challenges and neurodiverse conditions in a predominantly clinical setting. You will undertake community visits when required, and will have the option to complete administration work from home or in the head office located in central Brisbane.
About the organisation:
Gain exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and diverse caseloads
Offering a comprehensive new grad program with weekly/ fortnightly supervision, weekly team meetings and internal training, clinical support, and exposure to multi-disciplinary allied health roles
Significant onboarding/induction process, with ongoing cultural awareness training and 2-3 week work shadow roster to support clinicians in their professional development within their allocated clinic
A department dedicated to clinician wellness and wellbeing providing monthly wellness activities

Salaries starting from $72K - $115K + Super depending on experience

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
