Key Responsibilities

• Optimise affiliate partnerships to drive sales revenue efficiently.
• Plan, execute, and recruit new affiliates for marketing programs.
• Roll out various affiliate marketing initiatives and enforce company procedures.
• Foster relationships with affiliates, partners, and vendors, while monitoring their performance.
• Execute and optimise Paid Search campaigns, including testing new ad formats and extensions.
• Develop and oversee creative ad copy and campaigns, analysing their performance against targets.
• Support the Paid Search & Affiliates Manager in reporting and data analysis for valuable insights.
• Implement strategic Paid Search optimisations and manage tasks for improved performance.
• Create comprehensive campaign reports showcasing progress and return on investment.

About you 

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in Performance Marketing across diverse digital channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Certifications.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including editors.
• Knowledge of various PPC platforms and digital media principles.
