About Your Role
The Parkinson’s Support Clinician will provide and coordinate support to clients who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. This position is in collaboration with the Primary Health Network.
The support clinician is responsible for providing coordination of services for people living with Parkinson's disease to enhance quality of life and improve health outcomes for clients within the MLHD.
The role of the Support Clinician is to improve the quality of life for clients and their carers. The Clinician will be working with the client, their family, Movement Disorder Clinical Specialist, Medical Practitioners, and a multidisciplinary team, utilizing virtual platforms to deliver the service and assist to coordinate support clinics across the district.
