Position: Part-Time Baker
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in mixing various doughs, including sourdough and brioche, while ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining bakery ovens to achieve optimal baking results.
- Skilled in table work, such as shaping and molding dough to create a variety of breads and rolls.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the baking area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on mixing diverse doughs.
- Familiarity with the intricacies of sourdough and brioche baking.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot bakery ovens.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
