Mikcomm Communication Pty Ltd is a telecommunication company located in Perth, servicing nationwide.
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator for an immediate start in Perth.
We are seeking someone that is available to work 1 to 2 days per week. With flexibility on the specific days, this role would be suited to someone either completing their studies or that would like to get a start within the construction business industry.
The Role
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Calendar Management
- Date entry and filing into set systems
- Word processing tasks
- General office housekeeping duties
- Keeping Project documentation up to date within folder structures
- Reporting of vehicle pre-starts
- Applying through an online portal for high-risk services locations (BYDA)
- Other administrative and duties as required
The successful candidate will require:
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office suite
- Flexibility to work additional days if required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ongoing studies within Management or Administration would be an advantage
- A positive attitude in this field is essential
