Part Time Retail Sales Consultant - Cockburn

The role:

This role is a part-time position.

Snooze Cockburn is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect approximately 3 days per week, which will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required.

What you'll be doing:

• Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
• Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
• Building relationships with our customers
• Driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service

Skills and experience:

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
• You know how to demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
• Confident and professional communication skills are a must
• Computer knowledge is beneficial (experience with Pronto an advantage)
• The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI's
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
