About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll use your expertise to lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of new employees, as well as provide advice on how to continuously improve these processes for the success of your team and the business. Working closely with the executive team, such as the general manager and director, the key purpose of your role is to develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans. This role is a work from home role, so it is essential you have a home office.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the talent acquisition process, technology, policies, and tools to ensure a great candidate experience and quality hiring
- Be Proactive whilst you identify and manage current and future workforce needs and build including building talent pipelines and funnel for future hires
- Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment outcomes
- Provide industry insights and updates to the executive team
- Identify, build and implement a range of sourcing, attraction, onboarding and retention strategies
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to recommend changes
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role across either agency or in-house recruitment
- Highly developed interview skills that can identify candidates that will fulfill the open role responsibilities
- Excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with stakeholder at all levels
- Demonstrate experience in either Allied Health or Medical recruitment
- The ability to build exceptional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced with the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Experience in rolling up your sleeves and working closely with managers to operationalizing the vision and varied recruitment strategies
- High prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Valid Australian driver’s license & Right to work in Australia
- Full COVID vaccinations
