Our Ideal Candidate is someone who describes themselves as a savvy B2B marketer. You are comfortable in driving our growth via selected partnerships in Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with our Strategic and Channel Partnerships teams, you will leverage dedicated budgets to design and execute 360 marketing co-funded campaigns jointly with our commercial partners. We’re looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter who is willing to strategize, implement, test, and iterate to help us scale our marketing efforts. Your skills range from strategic work, through to execution excellence.

What you'll be doing
Drive the marketing relationship with acquisition and strategic partners for Australia and New Zealand, and be the main point of contact for selected partners wanting to run co-marketing campaigns with Airwallex.
Work closely with the rest of the marketing teams (in ANZ and global) and deliver cross-functional marketing excellence for key partners.
Develop and execute strategic marketing programs that drive business pipeline and revenue, whilst building strong relationships with peers and the partner community.
Build a partnerships acquisition strategy that optimises our marketing budgets by bringing the right customers at the right cost for Airwallex.
Jointly with the commercial partnerships teams, identify, build and activate collaborations that drive relevant conversations in the marketplace.
Provide creative strategy and support to acquisition partners, and proactively co-develop campaigns.
Position Airwallex as a leader in the fintech industry and understand the main pain points that Airwallex is trying to solve.
Evaluate the impact of your campaigns against our marketing goals with partners and always be looking to elevate and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a Generalist B2B Marketing role, with a focus on Partnerships
Hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B technology company, and 8+ years in Marketing overall.
A track record of designing, negotiating, and running integrated partner campaigns that acquire and engage new customers.
Experience across a variety of channels, from SEM, SEO, and Lifecycle to events.
A customer-first approach that allows you to tailor campaigns and communications to specific audience segments and profiles.
The ability to dive into data to generate insights, while also knowing how to uplevel - you don’t lose sight of the forest for the trees.
Hunger and passion that drive you to find creative solutions to solve problems and deliver results.
A strong customer obsession that makes you really care about customer needs and adjusting our value props accordingly
