Due to substantial growth within our business a Parts Interpreter Traineeship position has become available. The position would be well suited to an individual with great customer service looking to enter the agricultural industry.
Trainees are encouraged to apply and will have the opportunity to complete a Cert III in Automotive Parts Sales. This is an excellent opportunity not to be missed, the successful applicant will receive continued training and support alongside a friendly energetic team.
The Role:
Provide inbound sales & customer service via phone, email and counter.
Parts interpreting – Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilise electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.
Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide best available information and product to suit their needs.
Using database pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders.
Participate in on-line and face to face training programs.
Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organisation.
Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.
Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
