AddressEagers Automotive are currently looking for a Parts Manager to lead the parts departments across both Volkswagen Wangara and Subaru Wangara. This position would suit a current experienced Parts Interpreter or Parts Manager looking to take the next step!
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, and in collaboration with the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the parts department, including working with the service team, and providing the best possible service to our customers.
Duties include:
- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Work collaboratively with the service department, to achieve goals in both departments
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Assisting the general public with queries and purchases
- Interpreting requests for parts
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Foster a safe working environment

You will ideally possess:
- Experience managing a parts department would be beneficial
- Prior experience working in a parts department is essential
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Track record of successfully meeting budgets
