Our laboratory staff work side by side with our Pathologists to deliver the right result, to the right patient at the right time. Our company is committed to quality and service. We are currently seeking an experienced pathology collectors to join our COVID19 drive through collection team in our drive throughs.
Your role at Histopath:
As a Pathology collector, your duties will include:
- Collection of Nasal and throat swab for COVID19 PCR testing
- Pathology specimen collection within policy and procedural guidelines
- Care, storage and processing of specimens
- Accurate recording of details
- Knowledge of WHS requirements surrounding handling of human samples.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in Pathology Collections, minimum 1-2 years.
- Certificate III in Pathology Collection
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Nursing degree will be an advantage
