The Tweed Hospital Womans Care Unit has a vacancy for an Administration Officer to join their team to provide administration and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate smooth operation of the service/unit/facility.
- Recent administration experience with knowledge of procedures relating to telephony, reception and customer service. uired
- Commitment and understanding of confidentiality
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to relate maturely and professionally within a busy environment to clients and health service staff
- Experience in coordination and prioritisation of work and capacity to use initiative and apply sound judgement in achieving deadlines and ability to work as a multidisciplinary team member
