Overview
The primary function of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative services within the Ramp department, particularly in relation to the payroll function and to provide assistance to the Ramp Operations Manager, GM and Supervisors.
Main accountabilities include:
General
Reception duties
Filing
Adhoc tasks as requested by Ramp Operations Manager
Administration
Data entry and record keeping of airline financial information using RSMS system.
Produce various reports for GM, Department Manager, HR and Supervisors.
Input weekly rosters into KRONOS.
Processing and monitoring of training hours.
General administration duties for International and Domestic Ramp.
Other ad-hoc duties as requested, including:
Plan and maintain annual leave
Ordering stock and uniforms
Maintaining administration documentation and files
Filing
Maintaining ‘attendance and leave' tracker
Payroll
Processing daily payroll exceptions via KRONOS
Process shift swaps, re-rosters and day swaps inputting into Workbridge
Process personal leave/annual leave, DIL and RDO's.
Forward leave forms to Head Office for action.
Liaising with National Payroll Officer.
Maintain employee leave spreadsheet.
Calculate and process allowances as per EBA and Award.
Update employee profiles in KRONOS and Workbridge with any changes.
Notify Rostering Department of any issues regarding roster duplication/shift error.
Answer Payroll queries and maintain query register.
Employee Services Portal queries.
Relief payroll for PAX & Cargo, adhoc tasks as required by PAX & Cargo Manager
Process accounts and invoices
Uniform and register

Attend training courses as may be arranged by the Company.

Qualifications and Experience
Aviation experience desirable but not essential
Confidentiality and respect for maintaining privacy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven accuracy for data entry and attention to detail
Interpretation of relevant EBA and Award
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
Customer service skills
Ability to work in a team or autonomously
Administration experience
Ability to meet strict deadlines
