Are you looking for the next step in your career and want to gain experience in working within a multi site large payroll team, our client is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join their fast paced organisation, with the opportunity for career growth.

Key responsibilities in the role include:
Data Entry - Set up and maintaining profiles
Processing weekly timesheets
Maintenance of employee security across payroll systems
Assist with Preparation and processing large weekly and monthly pay runs
Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal records
Assisting with customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Assist payroll team with time clock maintenance and queries
Assist with basic reporting and adhoc payroll duties.
About You:
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
Interpretation and adherence to industry award rules and rates
Proven experience in the ability to manage competing priorities
Basic knowledge of common payroll software applications
Excellent work ethic
