Due to internal expansion, we seek an Accountant for our established Accounting, commencing ASAP. Reporting to our Senior Accountant.

About the role: The main duties required but not limited to:
Large weekly wage/invoice entry
Payroll casual/fulltime employees
On-going maintenance and control of all accounting systems in compliance with Australian laws and regulations.
Updating and maintaining wages records (internal-external)
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Tax & Superannuation Management.
Develop & maintain SPS recordkeeping and accounting systems.
Liaising with staff and management on wages V hours billable.
Undertake required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.
Liaison with Directors on long-term strategy and budgets.
Liaison with management vendors.
Skills and Experience: In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:
Experience in the large payroll process (200 +)
Strong knowledge of MYOB accounting software essential
Strong knowledge Awards NES (National Employment Standards)
Advanced Excel and Word skills
Bank & accounts reconciliations
Superannuation reporting
Candidate/Employee management systems
Broad understanding of Wages/Payroll NES (National Employment Standards)
Adaptive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and accuracy
Must be reliable, have strong communication, reporting & organizational skills
Experience in FASTRACK365 platform or similar systems (beneficial not a must)
