Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Payroll Consultant.

Full comprehensive training and coaching will be provided to successful applicants.

This is an Open Ended Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As a member of Payroll Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Putting the customer at the heart of what you do, by providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience
  • Delivering a positive customer experience by collaborating and engaging with internal and external customers
  • Using your analytical skills to resolve complex customer queries
  • Communicating via different channels to understand customer needs, offering solutions and being the point of contact from query through to resolution
