AddressThis reputable and well known business located in Macquarie Park are looking to implement a new payroll system and are needing a strong Payroll Integration Specialist to assist with the process. This opportunity is open to more junior applicants who are looking for a step into a more technical/analytical role or someone more seasoned. Based in Macquarie Park, right by the metro line, with a few days WFH on offer per week.
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role is initially a 12 month contract but with a high chance of extension.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting with the integration of Workday HRIS to the new payroll system
- Reconciliation of pay calculations
- Payroll compliance with EBA's
- UAT for new payroll system
- Provide backup support to the Payroll Manager on documentation of processes
- Handle parallel pay runs during transitioning to new systems
You will be an experienced Payroll Specialist who has done end-to-end payroll and had exposure to system integrations/implementations. Strong excel knowledge and experience with a few different payroll systems will be essential. You will be able to work autonomously and offer solutions to problems.
