Payroll Manager - Harvey/Mandurah - Permanent - $110-130K dependent on experience
Are you a payroll specialist looking to work for a nationally recognised brand? We are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to work for a large FMCG business based South of Perth. This company has a strong social conscience and reinvests both in the organisation and individuals in order to drive business and personal growth.
Role summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an established payroll team ensuring the successful delivery of all aspects of the payroll function. You will need strong communication skills in order to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate for this role will be required to travel due to the business having multiple sites in Western Australia.
Skills and experience
- Senior level payroll experience including ability to verify payroll calculations
- Experience of managing payroll for a large organisation
- Experience of managing a payroll team desirable
- Team player attitude - happy to step in to cover payrolling duties when required
- Excellent time management with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within FMCG sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- You will need current valid right to work in Australia for this role as visa sponsorship is not possible for this role
