About the role:
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the entire organisation’s payroll function, including end to end processing of company Payroll, managing corporate Time and Attendance and ensuring payment of wages and salaries are calculated and processed accurately, in a timely manner. The position has one direct report with 750 employees.
Your project, change management and continuous improvement experience will be highly regarded as you review the current suitability of our existing systems (iChris and MitreFinch) and processes.

You have the ability to challenge the status quo in your desire to produce high quality results using fit for purpose systems. Your agile approach enables you to move between the strategic and tactical aspects of your role.
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
- Systems oriented, keen to analyse data and look for improvements
- Excellent processing skills and attention to detail
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Able to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a changing environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel to an Intermediate level and willing to experiment and work with new technologies
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
- Self-motivated, independent, flexible and responsible
