What you’ll deliver
- Process payroll tasks including calculations for contracts, wages, salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits like superannuation, annual leave, sick leave, and salary changes.
- Complete weekly payroll for all types of staff.
- Handle calculations, taxation, and reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations.
- Ensure payroll practices and procedures are up-to-date and accurate.
- Interpret updates in local government circulars and advise on any changes in payroll practices.
- Provide accurate interpretations of industrial agreements and relevant legislation.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Tech One modules such as Employee Self Service and Timesheets.
- Implement contract packaging for employees.
- Prepare precise executive quarterly reports.
- Generate ad hoc Tech One XL One reports as needed.
- Produce regular ad hoc reports and statistical analyses.

- TechnologyOne experience preferred, not necessary
