Job requirements:
Oversee the design and execution of SAP Payroll test artifacts and Kronos Time Management solutions using best practices and standards for SAP.
Kronos experience (UKG is a bonus)
Day to day troubleshooting of test blockers in parallel with the test manager, working with multiple stakeholders/vendors and recommending process improvements.
Provide functional expertise for projects/systems that integrate with SAP Payroll and Time Management modules.
Supporting the test team in keeping to an agreed test schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Good stake holder management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent reporting skills
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Science or Engineering degree (Preferred)
ISTQB certification (desirable)
Experience with Quality Assurances processes and procedures in a large complex environment
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, experience in Continuous Exploratory Testing and feedback over Scripted Testing
Experience in ST, SIT and UAT
