P&C Advisor/Generalist (10 mth Parental Leave Cover)

We are currently seeking a P&C / HR Advisor and Generalist to join our dynamic P&C team on a Part Time basis (10 month Fixed Term Parental Leave Cover). Reporting into the P&C Manager, the role will see you providing human resources and industrial / workplace relations support to management and employees across the organisation, including but not limited to:

• Allocating online learning modules, reporting thereof and tracking completion to ensure compliance.
• Conducting face to face training for employees; covering bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace. 
• Supporting Managers with disciplinary meetings; drafting letters aligned to local legislation, taking minutes, providing guidance to best support procedurally fair practices and outcomes. 
• Conducting employee engagement surveys; providing analysis and advice to Facility Managers.
• Month end reporting and analysis. 

• About You:
• Previous Advisor / Generalist experience within a P&C or HR team 
• Knowledge of Aged Care/health beneficial
• Experience in conducting disciplinaries and supporting follow up education for improvement to mitigate organisational risk  
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, HR and LMS systems
• Ability to multitask and meet set deadlines
• Qualifications in Human Resources beneficial but not essential
• Part Time availability (flexible: either Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm or 9am to 4:30pm on Tue, Wed, Thur)
