Your new company
Based in Melbourne's Northwest, this government agency is seeking a P&C Business Partner to lead generalist HR activities across the entire employment lifecycle, including coaching people leaders, employee relations, industrial relations and other people related priorities on an ongoing basis, with regular overnight travel expected.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working across a variety of generalist HR activities, including employee relations, industrial relations, OD, change and learning
- Proven track-record operating within a Business Partner model
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is essential
- Must hold a current or be able to obtain an employee Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Must hold a valid Australian Driving Licence to be eligible
