About the role
This exciting new role will be responsible for supporting and administrating Opteon’s WHS and L&D internal systems & processes. Reporting to the Program & System Consultant, you will be managing day to day administrative activities. You will play a key role in supporting cyclical system updates and continuous improvement activities like system integration and improving our internal processes. You will partner with multiple teams to support system configuration, testing, key user training, roll out activities and data quality & compliance management. You will be committed to evolve manual tasks to processes that focus on maximising the use of existing systems/platforms and drive a self-service model that enables and empowers our people will see you succeed.
About you
As a solutions-oriented and motivated individual you will possess a passion for embracing our culture and living our values throughout your daily work. You thrive on the ability to improve systems and processes for an exceptional user experience outcome and relish in continuous improvement projects.
You will also have:
- Strong computer literacy and administration experience.
- Well-developed attention to detail and time management.
- Exposure to continuous improvement projects.
- Practical experience with L&D, HSW or HCM systems like Workday will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience working within HR, L&D or WHS and shared services team will be considered favourably.
- Ability to work on multiple processes and manage competing priorities
