About you:

You are a Pega expert and are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals the right way, on-time with a strategic mindset. You are a highly technical, hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to solve client problems. You speak the client’s language with excellent communication skills and are highly adaptable and hungry to learn. You thrive in a cross-disciplinary environment, as comfortable building applications as working with experience designers, business architects, domain consultants and data scientists.

About the role:

· Work within a global technical team that is known for innovation and delivering compelling client outcomes

· Co-lead client engagements, setting the business roadmap and solution approach

· Provides thought-leadership to clients across business, presenting options for solving complex business requirements

· Plan and lead workshops while gathering and understanding requirements, ensuring a clients MVP is realised and delivered by technical team by fully understanding the use cases to help ensure best possible application design.

· Ensures the business specifications of the delivered solution matches customer and functional requirements, and commits to business outcome achievement through benefits planning and realisation

· Responsible for designing and building business applications using Pega 8.x, Infinity and other Pega solutions using Low-Code. Provides design guidance as well as business specifications to project teams

· Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the Pega Infinity platform and all design and implementation features

· Works in conjunction with agile leads and consulting/experience experts to interpret, scope and size programs of work, while also managing scope and risk during delivery.

· Leads highly agile, high-performing cross-functional teams

· Represents as our leader and client partner, identifying opportunities to expand our support for our client’s strategic aspirations

Required experience / skills:

· 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing Pega-based solutions, including developing shared / reusable components and accelerators

· 2+ years experience with Pega Infinity v8.x with experience in new Pega capabilities

· Certified Lead Business Architect (CLBA)

· 10+ years of experience in business analysis and 4+ years as Lead Business Architect

· Strong experience planning and delivering projects in a fully agile environment; preferably certified in a recognised Agile framework e.g. SAFe, Agile Alliance

· Pega Financial Services applications (e.g. CLM/KYC, Smart Disputes) experience

· Knowledge of Banking and/or Insurance business processes, best practices and policies

· Preference given to candidates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

· Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions

· Permission to work in applicable geography

Salary: $160,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
