You'll be instrumental in providing generalist operational People and Culture support to the Bonds Retail network in consultation with the HR Manager.What will I be doing?This role works closely with our Area Managers to develop and ensure the provision of consistent and commercial People and Culture solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. You'll be the first point of contact with our amazing store teams, including:Providing coaching and guidance performance development, talent management, on boarding and induction, ER issue resolution, workforce planning, performance management and wellbeingDriving and supporting culture and engagement initiativesConducting and reporting on on-boarding processes and exit interviewsDeveloping and facilitating focused retail training programs to support team growth and developmentMaintaining strong business partnerships with our Area and State Manager What experience do I have?You'll be self-motivated, resilient and a thoughtful influencer, who enjoys change and can provide a fresh approach and way of thinking.Ideally you will have:2 years HR experience, ideally within the Retail industryImpressive relationship building skills: you are respected and well-liked by others and know how to forge, maintain and foster strong working relationships across diverse client groupsA passion for coaching and mentoring to drive performance growth and people developmentExtremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsAdvanced PC Skills including Excel & Word, with a highly analytical mindExtremely high attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsAdaptability, Initiative and self motivationHigh level MS Office skillsAdaptability, initiative and great communication skills What's in it for me?Amazing working culture, structured training & development programs, genuine internal career pathways … be in good company!Genuine commitment to global sustainability https://hbisustains.com/Huge staff discounts!
