Reporting into a supportive and contemporary HR leader, you will work as a key member of the newly formed HR Business Partnering team to manage the delivery of HR services and support in to the business. Partnering with a number of General Managers, your key focus will be on the implementation and embedding of HR foundations and a range of strategic people programs, including but not limited to; talent, building leadership capability, culture, engagement, remuneration and organisational design. You will need to build credibility as a true HR Business Partner, having ideally developed your experience within an evolved HR Business Partner/CoE HR operating model within a large, complex, fast-paced healthcare sector environment.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, tertiary qualified HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. Alternatively, you could be working in a HR project or external consulting role and looking to make the step in to an internal partnering role. In addition, you will need to bring:
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry

- Experience delivering HR programs and initiatives, and managing projects to a successful outcome
