The Position
Title: People and Culture Business Partner
Department: People and Culture
Classification: HS3 - HS4 dependent on skills and experience
Hours per fortnight: 80hrs (1.00 FTE)
Status: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity within our People and Culture department that will offer a challenging and rewarding career for the successful applicant. We are currently in a continuous improvement mode, redesigning and enhancing systems, processes, customer service and our core functions.
Working within a dynamic team, we are committed to improve our services by accessing and evaluating our data, ensuring policies are fit for business and our staff and managers are supported across the Human Resources life cycle.
Our ideal candidate will:

Have experience or an understanding of injury management in the workplace
An appreciation for compliance and data collection and analytics
A background in Human Resources or a related field
