An exciting new opportunity exists for two new Human Resource (HR) Graduates to join our dedicated and professional People and Culture team at BRHS. If you have a degree in HR and are keen to put your learning into practice, this is a great chance to commence your career in a large and multifaceted organisation.
The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time
The Position:
These newly-created roles will provide you with an exciting entry-level opportunity to apply your human resource management qualification in the areas of workplace relations, recruitment, retention, inclusion & diversity and workforce development, wellbeing and engagement strategies. You will work with in a supportive and experienced team of professionals to provide key human resource services across the organisation and support the advancement of key deliverables as outlined in the People and Culture business plan.
Key criteria required includes:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- Demonstrated good understanding of the key functions of human resource management
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities with a high attention to detail
